Activate Body Boost Yoghurt is a good source of Calcium containing 26% of the Recommended Dietary Intake.

Can I take too much of it?

We recommend you only consume one serve daily of Activate Body Boost yoghurt for best effects. One serve of Activate Body Boost yoghurt will provide the right levels of Bifido-Defensis™ to promote good intestinal health.

Activate Body Boost Shot contains fibre which at high intakes may cause side effects (like stomach discomfort) in sensitive people. Young children should ideally have only one serve per day.

Is Activate Body Boost Yoghurt suitable for children?

Yes. However we do not recommend feeding Activate to children three years of age and under as their nutritional needs are different from older children and adults.

Do I eat Activate Body Boost Yoghurt just like regular yoghurt?

Yes, Activate Body Boost Yoghurt can be eaten just like regular yoghurt.  It tastes great on cereal, in a smoothie, in baking, as a snack or a healthy dessert.

Is it okay to take Activate Body Boost Yoghurt with antibiotics?

Eating Activate Body Boost Yoghurt while you’re on antibiotics won’t do you any harm, but the antibiotics are likely to work against the benefits of Activate Body Boost Yoghurt. This is because antibiotics kill ‘good’ as well as ‘bad’ bacteria.

What about after a course of antibiotics?

A daily dose of Activate Body Boost Yoghurt after you’ve finished a course of antibiotics is the ideal way to re-establish the balance of bacteria in your digestive system. Antibiotics strip your system of good and bad bacteria.

How should I store Activate Body Boost Yoghurt?

Like all fresh dairy products, Activate Body Boost Yoghurts should be stored in the fridge at 4°C. Freezing Activate Body Boost Yoghurt will harm the live bacteria it contains.

How do the bacteria in Activate Body Boost Yoghurt differ to that in other yoghurts?

Activate yoghurts incorporate a high level of a unique proven strain of Bifidobacterium called Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (BB-12™) or, as we like to call it, Bifido–Defensis™. Bifidobacterium are among the most predominant bacteria in the human gut. Whereas regular yoghurts may not contain or not at this level the Bifido–Defensis™ bacteria.
